Add oil, honey and soy to a mixing bowl and mix to form a marinade. Add salt and pepper
Place tuna steaks in marinade, ensuring there are coated all over. Leave to marinade for at least 30 minutes
Peel potatoes, and cut into smaller pieces. Put potatoes and garlic cloves into pan of boiling water. Add salt and boil for about 13-15 minutes (or until very tender)
Put asparagus on baking tray, drizzle with Olive oil and season. Place in pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes

In a frying pan, over a medium heat add some olive oil - enough to cover the pan. Add the tuna steaks, and cook for 3 minutes either side (for well done) only turn the tuna once
