Instructions to make Lasagne:
Wash mince meat out then season with black pepper
Heat oil in a pan add onions garlic peppers when they are browning add your mince meat
Drain off the fat juice add your tomatoes salt paprika and mixed herbs mix it up and add your tomato purée
In a small pan tip the cheese sauce powder adding milk and stirring add a hand full of mature and red cheese mix to a creamy sauce
Using a pirex dish pour enuff water from the kettle in to cover your first layer of pasta sheets then add a thin layer of bolognaise sauce and your next layer of sheets I do three layers after the last layer pour your cheese sauce over and add grated cheese both mature and red leister
Bake in the pre heated oven for around 40 mins or until golden
