  2. Prepare 200 g rice flour

It is light, smooth and sweet, perfect for increasing our blood sugar level after fasting without making us full.. Bubur sumsum is served with palm sugar syrup. To enhance the flavor for the syrup, you could add pandan leave or vanilla extract.

Instructions to make Bubur Sumsum:
  1. On a pot, mix the rice flour with water, coconut cream and pandan leave then place it on the medium heat
  2. Stir the mixture continuously to avoid the texture become lumpy, stir until it's thickened and boil
  3. Remove the porridge from the stove, but keep on stirring until it is completely dried up and thickened
  4. Next let's make the sauce, put all ingredients together in a pot then place it on medium heat
  5. Bring it to boil, until the sugar dissolved, set aside and keep it coll
  6. Next, serve the porridge in a bowl and add the sauce on top
  7. You can serve this cold as well, all you need to do is placed the porridge and sauce in the fridge for few hours before serving

Bubur sumsum is served with palm sugar syrup. To enhance the flavor for the syrup, you could add pandan leave or vanilla extract.
