  1. Get 500 gms Lehsoda
  2. Take 500 gms onions
  3. Take 50 gms ginger garlic paste
  4. Prepare 1 tablespoon garam masala powder
  5. Prepare 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  6. Take 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
  7. Take 1 cup milk
  8. Take 1 teaspoon Meethi seeds

Steps to make Lahsoda Korma:
  1. Firstly cut one by one Lehsoda and de-seed it, then washed it properly.
  2. Now half onion chopped and half to grind it and make paste.
  3. Then take kadhai put oil heat it. Put methi seeds and after crackling add chopped onion and saute for 5 minutes then add Lehsoda, milk and on low flame cooked it, covering the Kadai.
  4. When Lehsoda half cooked add onion, ginger, garlic paste and saute it.
  5. When Lehsoda is totally cooked and masala is also roasted then add salt, Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and cooked it for 2 minutes and enjoy this delicious Lehsoda korma with paratha, naan.
