  1. Take For gravy masala-
  2. Take 3 cloves
  3. Take 6-7 black pepper corns
  4. Make ready 1" Cinnamon
  5. Get 2 green cardamoms

  7. Get 1 spoon cumin seeds
  8. Take 1 bowl chopped onion slices

  3. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker add washed mutton pieces and fry for 6-7 minutes.
  4. Than add masala paste and ginger-garlic and fry 3-4 minutes.
  5. Now add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder and curd, mix well and fry for 5 min on medium heat.
  6. Add 2 cups of water and close the lid. Take 6-7 whistles on medium flame.
  7. When pressure release add soaked saffron and coriander leaves, mix well.
  8. Awadhi mutton korma is ready for serve.
